As some of you may have already noticed, things are changing on my channel and social media. Everything is becoming more personal as I'm trying to get away from mybeautytips101. It has come to my attention that I don't just like beauty and what not but I also have a variety of interests and that I would like to post those on my videos. I find that if I have the mybeautytips101 then everything on that channel needs to be about beauty. I want my channel to be about everything that I like and I don't want people to associate my channel with just that. I will still do somethings that may be beauty related but I don't want to be restricted to just that. With that being said, here are some of the things that I have changed when it comes to my name:
Blog: http://www.justinem19.blogspot.com
Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/justine_m19
Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/mybeautytips101 (is still the same until I find a game that I can use!)
Thank you all for taking this journey with me. If you still need to contact me through email it will still be the same: beautytips101@hotmail.com

I'm Back! (And Duct Tape collection video)
Hey everyone I'm bringing my blog back! I haven't used this thing is a while so I thought that I would get back into it! For those of you that are new to my channel I post videos everyone Monday and then another day throughout the week (this varies each week!)
The video that I have posted recently on Monday was my Duct Tape Collection. I know that some of you aren't going to like this video because it doesn't have anything to do with beauty or fashion but I needed to do something easy. I hurt my back last Friday at work and I can't do a whole lot and I can't life a whole lot either. This video was easy to film because I just had to hold the camera and not really do anything else. I promise that when I start feeling better the videos will get better as I have a few in mind that I would like to film.
In this collection video, I talk about where I get all my Duct Tape from, what brands they are, and how much I paid for them. I don't spend a lot of money on my duct tape because as you can see I have a lot and I want to be able to use it all and not waste it. I use the duct tape for journaling, my planner and other DIYS.
My youtube channel is linked to the right and I hope you guys enjoy my videos!

Secret Outlast Clear Gel In Oh La Lavender (Review - Bzzagent)
So today I am going to do another review and this time its going to be from a website called Bzzagent. They teamed up with Secret Outlast and we got the chance to try out their Clear gel in the scent Oh La Lavender. I'm the kind of girl that is always active. I'm always playing soccer in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. When I'm not doing those things then I am inside doing dance cardio workout or running. I love to be active and it's part of my everyday life. I'm not the kind of girl that likes to wear gel I prefer the solid so I thought that this would be a great time to break out and try something new. I just want to tell you guys that I'm glad that I did. They gave us the scent Oh La Lavender to try and let me tell you that I'm not a flower scent kind of girl but the more that I used it the more that it grew on me. I'm not a strong scent but there's just enough to be able to smell it. When I use it while I'm active you can't smell the odor at all (and that is the goal). I also like when you apply it that it doesn't turn white on you or your clothes (I have had other products do that in the past and what's why I haven't tried a gel since). All in all I would recommend this product to everyone because it is a great product that I really enjoyed! Thanks to Secret and Bzzagent for giving me a chance to try a product that I normally would not have picked off the shelf!

Influenster Review: Impress Nails!
I got these nails to review from Influenster. (You can check out the website at influenster.com). I was give 2 sets of nails. The top picture shows you both. The colour on the left is called Working Girl and I'm pretty sure the colour on the right is called Joyride. I have tried the Working Girl ones before because I won them in a giveaway so I tried the Joyride colour this time. This time around I have to say that I was a little disappointed. A lot of the stickers that came off the back ended up not being sticky so I was only able to do one hand. I found the nails to be way to long for what I wanted. If I would have had to pay for the nails then I would be really upset with what I got in the Joyride nails. It could have just had been a bad box because the box that I tried before was awesome!
The advantages to these nails are that they are easy to apply. All you have to do is to select the right size for your nails, remove the stickers, and press to apply. I loved that when it was time to take off my nails that all I had to do was pull off the nail and it didn't make it feel like I was taking my actual nail off.
These come in many colours and patterns and you can get them a different stores like Target and Walmart. They range in price depending on what ones you are buying from $8.99 to $10.99.

Influenster: Garnier Damage Eraser Review
So I just wanted to say that I did get this product from Influenster for free for review purposes. I'm not getting paid by them to do this review and this review is my honest opinion.
I just wanted to say that when I first got the testers and we had to guess, and I guessed wrong. I thought it was a different brand and was surprised to see that it was Garnier Fructis.
In this package we got 4 items from the Garnier Frucits Damage Eraser collection. (From left to right) We got the shampoo, conditioner, split end serum, and the reconstructing butter. I was very surprised to see the butter because it wasn't one of the samples that we received before this box and it is a different product then what I have tried before. I love the smell of these products and how it stays in your hair after you shower. I like how it makes my hair shiny and smooth. I also like how it makes my split ends look almost normal. I use a lot of heat and my dye my hair a lot so this product is an awesome line to try!
There is always at least one thing that I don't like about a product. I don't like to post if I'm bashing a company but for me this is more of a way to help them get better because I think of it as more of a suggestion. I find that if you put too much of the butter in your hair then you will have a lot of build up left after you should and after you have scrubbed it all out. It took me a couple of times to find the right amount because it would make my hair look greasy. The other thing that I didn't like about this product is the fact that it has silicone in it. I think that it would be 100% more amazing without that product.
All in all I LOVE this product and would recommend it to anyone that is thinking about trying it. You can get it for a great price if you can get it on sale and if you don't get it on sale it's still a reasonable price!

Unboxing Influenster: L'Oreal
I have recently received this package from Influenster. If you want more information about Influenster then you can go to their website: http://www.influenster.com .
We got these products and we don't know what line that they were going to be from. I like that we were able to try them out without knowing what to expect.
I have tried these products out for a week and let me say that I'm impressed so far. For samples we got a shampoo, conditioner, and split end serum. They all smelt amazing and I love how the whole line left my hair feeling soft and smelling nice even after the shower. I can't wait to get more products from this line!

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Review! (Sally Hansen #CSMTKO)
I received these from Influenster. I have been able to try all 3 polishes to get my full opinion on them before I wrote this. I just wanted to say that I love this brand and it will probably be my favourite for a long time. The brand is inexpensive and is easy to get your hands on. The colour that I liked the most was Pat on the Black. It is the deep purple colour but it looks black in some of the pictures. The colour that I liked the least was the light blue one, Jaded. I found it very watery and streaky compared to the other colours that I tried out. I used 4 coats and it still wasn't opaque. It is safe to say that I threw that colour right in the garbage and was very disappointed because I had high expectations from the other 2 colours. I didn't have this problem with the other 2 colours. The only problem that I had with the other 2 colours was mainly chipping. It says that it's supposed to be chip resistant but I saw that happening within the second day of wearing. It started around the end of my nail and then eventually happened in the middle of my nail. What I did like about the polish is that when wearing it it did seem like it was helping my nails to be stronger. I also liked that it seemed like that I was wearing gel nails without actually having to go to a salon. All in all I would repurchase these but maybe try out different colours. Maybe I got a bad bottle of nail polish but I know that I will not try out that colour again in case it was made a little differently.
